1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Luxe Nails Perth, located at 34 Murray Street, Perth WA 6000, Australia, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or visit our establishment.
2. Service Description
Luxe Nails Perth provides professional nail care services including but not limited to:
- Manicures and pedicures
- Gel nail applications and removals
- Custom nail art and designs
- Nail treatments and spa services
- Beauty consultations
3. Appointment Policy
3.1 Booking Requirements
All appointments must be booked in advance either by phone (+61 8 9321 4567), email ([email protected]), or through our online booking system. Walk-in services are subject to availability and may require extended waiting times.
3.2 Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
3.3 Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to the next available slot, which may be on a different day.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and EFTPOS. Payment is due at the time of service completion unless prior arrangements have been made.
4.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.
5. Health and Safety
5.1 Client Health Disclosure
Clients must disclose any relevant health conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect nail services. This includes but is not limited to diabetes, circulation issues, skin conditions, and pregnancy.
5.2 Hygiene Standards
We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation. All tools are sterilized according to health department regulations. Single-use items are disposed of after each client.
5.3 Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for informing staff of any discomfort or adverse reactions during treatment. We reserve the right to discontinue service if we believe it may cause harm to the client.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
6.1 Service Results
While we strive to provide excellent service, individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or longevity of treatments as these can be affected by individual factors such as lifestyle, nail condition, and aftercare.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
Luxe Nails Perth's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
7. Code of Conduct
7.1 Professional Environment
We maintain a professional, respectful environment. Inappropriate behavior, language, or conduct towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
7.2 Photography and Social Media
We may photograph completed nail work for portfolio and marketing purposes. Clients will be asked for consent before any photography. Face or identifying features will not be included without explicit permission.
8. Refund and Satisfaction Policy
8.1 Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us immediately. We will work to address concerns and may offer corrections or adjustments at no additional charge if done within 48 hours of the original service.
8.2 Refund Policy
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Generally, services cannot be refunded once completed, but we may offer service credits or complimentary corrections for legitimate concerns raised within 48 hours.
9. Gift Certificates and Promotions
9.1 Gift Certificate Terms
Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash and any unused balance will be forfeited after expiration.
9.2 Promotional Offers
Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless specifically stated. Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
